Grey Incidence Analysis of the Coal Mine Accident Triggering Factors Based on Improved HFACS

摘要: 在调查2010—2014年5年时间138起煤矿事故的基础上,对造成事故发生的因素进行了系统分析,构建了一个更适合煤矿行业的改进的HFACS模型,运用灰色关联分析法,对造成煤矿事故的各因素进行了分析,并计算了各自的关联度,确定了煤矿事故致因因素的重要程度,得出造成煤矿事故的主要因素排序为:违章操作、违章指挥、安全监管不到位、安全生产监督不力、安全教育培训欠缺等,并得出在造成煤矿事故的人因中,企业管理者是最主要的因素,最后提出了有针对性的安全生产建议。

Abstract:   Based on the analysis of 138 cases of coal mine accidents in the past 5 years, triggering factors of coal mine accidents are systematically analyzed, and an improved HFACS model is built which is suitable for coal industry. In addition, grey correlation analysis is chosen to analyze triggering factors of the coal mine accidents, the degree of grey incidence to each factor is calculated, and the importance of the triggering factors of coal mine accidents is determined. The incidence order of the primary causes is illegal operation, illegal command, safety oversight, poor safety production supervision, lack of safety education and so on. And it is concluded that the manager is the most important human factor, In the end, the suggestion of safety production is put forward according to the analytical result.
